Search and Rescue

Search and Rescue is a core part of Bristow's business. We have current operations in the Netherlands, Norway, Trinidad, Australia, Russia and Brazil. Bristow is currently bidding for the UK Gap Search and Rescue tender — a four year contract providing search and rescue cover throughout the UK from bases in the northern and western isles of Scotland and the south of England.

For 25 years Bristow provided the civilian Search and Rescue contract in the UK. In the UK alone, we completed more than 11,500 SAR missions and have flown in excess of 15,000 hours rescuing nearly 7,000 people.
